Specification of Goods
* All sizes are approximate and are given as a general guidance only. Please be aware
that unless otherwise stated, the sizes quoted are 'to fit' in inches. They are not
indicative of the actual size of the garment as some styles are designed to be worn
loose/baggy and others are designed to be worn fitted. You must ensure garments are
suitable before ordering and/or printing.
* Colours, shades, materials and sizes of goods may vary to a minor extent
from those illustrated.
* All goods are subject to availability.
* Quantity prices are for the same product type, any size/colour
combination, Small to XL. For XXL add 50p per garment.
Samples
All supplied samples will be charged at the single garment price and are strictly non-returnable unless for printing as part of an order. Delivery / Collection
Collection can be made by prior
arrangement. All local and national deliveries will be dispatched by courier on a next working day service, charged at cost. International delivery available on request. Garment Returns
* Printed, embroidered, washed or used garments will not be accepted
back under any circumstances.
* Faulty goods must be returned within 5 days of supply and acceptance
back will be subject to our reasonable discretion.
* A 20% handling and administration charge will be made on returns
agreed in advance or at our discretion together with carriage costs if
applicable.
* No liability for spoilage can be accepted when printing or embroidering
customer's own garments. Payment
* All first orders are on a strictly pro-forma basis and no goods will be
dispatched until the amount is paid in full.
* We accept all major credit cards or cleared cheques from non-account
customers. Our credit account terms are 30 days nett from invoice date
on approved accounts. We are happy to open an account subject to
receipt of our credit application form and two approved references.
Credit will not be extended to the customer unless approved in writing.
* All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Children's sizes
are zero-rated. Certain larger children's sizes are subject to VAT. Copyright
It is taken as implicit in the
acceptance of all printing that the customer is either the copyright holder or an authorised user licenced by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify RGL Promotions in full against any claim for
infringement that may arise. Ownership of Goods
Titles of goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the
sum due under invoice for the goods is paid in full. All artwork and embroidery originations will remain the property of RGL Promotions. |
