Print Methods & Product Applications

We use a variety of professional printing techniques depending on the product, surface and finish required. These include:​

Paper Print Products

For business cards, flyers and leaflets, we use high-quality paper stocks ranging from 130gsm to 450gsm, available in a variety of sizes and finishes. Whether you require lightweight promotional flyers or heavyweight premium business cards, we hold stock options to meet your needs.

Stickers & UV DTF Transfers

Our vinyl stickers are produced using high-resolution print methods similar to our full-colour transfer printing processes. We offer a range of matt and gloss vinyl options with varying durability levels and lifespan guarantees. Each design is precision cut using a pre-created custom contour line to produce clean, professional individual stickers.

We also supply UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) stickers, a versatile and highly durable solution designed for application onto hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, packaging and promotional products. UV DTF prints are produced using UV-cured inks that create vibrant, scratch-resistant, waterproof designs with excellent adhesion — ideal for high-detail branding without the need for heat pressing.

Signage, Banners & Display Solutions

We produce custom signs and boards cut to almost any size to create impactful displays for retail, events, construction sites and commercial premises.

 

We offer a range of materials depending on the intended use, location and required durability. Finishes are available in matt or gloss, and we can supply signs with pre-drilled holes for straightforward installation.

Artwork & Print Preparation

 

To achieve the best possible results, we recommend supplying artwork in high-resolution vector format (such as PDF, AI or EPS) wherever possible. This ensures sharp detail and consistent colour reproduction across all products and sizes.

 

For printed materials, artwork should include appropriate bleed and safe zones to avoid trimming issues. For shaped stickers and custom-cut items, a clearly defined contour cut line must be provided to ensure accurate finishing.
